Payment is accepted by electronic funds transfer (EFT): direct bank transfer, or PayID to sales@mxbullion.com, 0494 730 838 or ABN 98 159 205 759. Our account details are shown with your order confirmation and on your tax invoice. We do not accept cash, including cash deposits made at a bank branch. We recommend using OSKO or a fast transfer option with your bank so your payment arrives within the payment window.

Payment must be received within 1 hour of placing your order, as bullion prices move with the live market. If payment is not received in time, the order may be cancelled and a surcharge of $150 or 5% of the order value (whichever is higher) may apply, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. As a wholesale bullion dealer, checkout requires at least 100 g of gold or 3 kg of silver in your cart. You can mix products freely, the cart shows you a clear notice and your progress if you are below the minimum.

Because your price is locked against the live market at confirmation, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an order is cancelled after confirmation, the surcharge described in our Terms and Conditions applies. If you have made a genuine mistake, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Investment-grade precious metals are GST-free in Australia, gold of 99.5%+ purity, silver of 99.9%+ purity and platinum of 99%+ purity. The tax status of every item is displayed on its product page, and the prices you see are the prices you pay.

Our pricing is fully transparent: each product is priced at its live melt value (the spot price of the metal it contains) plus a clearly displayed premium. You can see the live gold, silver and platinum spot prices at the top of every page.

Spot prices are tracked live and product prices refresh automatically on a short timer, you can see the countdown at the top of the site and on the cart and checkout pages. When the timer resets, prices re-align with the current market.

Yes. The moment your order is confirmed at checkout, your price is locked and will not move with the market, provided payment is received within the 1-hour payment window.

Your account has a tier based on your lifetime purchases with MX Bullion, from Bronze up to Diamond. Higher tiers automatically receive sharper pricing on every order, no codes needed. You can track your tier and progress on your account dashboard.

Tiers are based on your lifetime purchase history and upgrade automatically as you buy; they are not reset by the calendar. MX Bullion may review and adjust a tier at its discretion, for example where an account’s activity or circumstances change.

Bullion is priced against a constantly moving global market, so displayed prices refresh on a timer to stay accurate. Nothing is locked until you confirm your order at checkout, from that moment your price is fixed.

Yes. We deliver anywhere in Australia using our fully insured direct shipping service.

Yes, every parcel we send is fully insured while in transit. In the unlikely event a shipment is lost or damaged before it reaches you, you are covered.

Insured Direct Shipping is charged by order value:

• Orders up to $4,999, $50
• $5,000 to $9,999, $75
• $10,000 and above, $100

Local pickup is free.

Yes, free local pickup is available in Auburn and Burwood (Sydney). Simply choose your preferred pickup location at checkout, then wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before coming in. Please bring photo ID matching the name on the order.

All orders are packed discreetly and securely, with no external branding or markings that indicate what is inside.

Orders are prepared for dispatch or collection once your payment has cleared. You will be notified by email as your order progresses, and you can follow its status any time under My Account → Orders. If you need your order urgently, contact us and we will do what we can.

Yes. MX Bullion is an official distributor of Perth Mint and PAMP, and all of our stock is sourced through official and recognised industry channels. Minted bars arrive in sealed assay packaging with matching serial numbers.

Cast bars are made by pouring molten metal into a mould, giving each bar a slightly rustic, individual character and typically a lower premium per gram. Minted bars are precision-cut and stamped with a polished finish, usually sealed in tamper-evident assay packaging with a certificate and serial number.

Secondary items are pre-owned or secondary-market bullion. They carry exactly the same metal content and are verified by us before sale, but may show minor handling marks, in exchange for a sharper premium. They are a popular way to maximise metal for your money.

Minted bars are supplied in their sealed assay packaging with a certificate and unique serial number. Cast bars typically carry a stamped serial number on the bar itself, depending on the refiner. Any certificates or packaging included are described on each product page.

It comes down to preference. Bars generally offer the lowest premium per gram of metal, while government-minted coins are legal tender, widely recognised and easy to trade in smaller units. Many stackers hold a mix of both. As general information only, MX Bullion does not provide financial advice.

As a bullion dealer, MX Bullion operates under Australian AML/CTF regulations, which require us to verify the identity of our customers. Verification is quick, usually around two minutes, and is handled through a secure, independent verification partner.
