Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome to MX Bullion. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MX Bullion website and services operated by Y & Z Investments Management Pty Ltd trading as MX Bullion (ABN 98 159 205 759). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Important Information
By using this website and placing an order with MX Bullion, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The value of precious metals is inherently variable. Once an order is accepted and confirmed, the agreed price becomes final and is not subject to revision.
- All sales are final. Because bullion is priced against a live, moving market, orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once they have been confirmed, except where a right to a remedy applies under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Your spot price is locked when your order is placed. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, or an order is cancelled after confirmation, a surcharge of $150 or 5% of the order value, whichever is higher, will apply.
- Payment is accepted by electronic funds transfer (EFT) only. We do not accept cash in any amount.
- MX Bullion supplies wholesale customers. Wholesale orders are subject to minimums of 100g of gold and/or 3kg of silver per order, mixed freely across any products.
- Access to the MX Bullion wholesale pricing program requires a minimum of one valid wholesale order to be completed per calendar month. Where this minimum is not met, wholesale pricing access may be withdrawn.
- Dispatch and delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
- All goods are fully insured while in transit, at no additional cost to you, until delivery is completed.
- We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel transactions where necessary to meet legal, regulatory, or internal risk requirements.
- Verification of customer identity is required for all accounts made on MX Bullion.
- KYC and identity-verification data may be collected, stored and processed by MX Bullion and our third-party identity-verification provider, Didit, for identity verification, fraud prevention, AML/CTF compliance, audit, security and legally required record-keeping purposes, as further set out in Section 6 and our Privacy Policy.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product, except where otherwise required by law.
Nothing in our Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1Use of Website
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this website or purchase products from us. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. While we take every care to keep the website secure and reliable, you use it at your own risk, which simply means we cannot accept responsibility for issues beyond our control, such as technical faults or interruptions.
2Orders and Contract Formation
All orders placed through our website or directly with MX Bullion constitute an offer to purchase products.
A binding agreement is formed once:
- Your order is confirmed; and
- Pricing has been locked in.
Each order confirmation and tax invoice we issue constitutes a legally binding contract pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
Orders placed through this website are limited to a maximum of $100,000 per order. This is a limit on ordering online, not on what you may buy: for a larger order, call us on 1800 912 226 and we will book it in for you on these same Terms and Conditions, at pricing locked in at the time of confirmation.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including where pricing, availability, or risk concerns arise.
3Pricing and Market Volatility
Prices displayed are indicative only until confirmed. Precious metals are subject to constant price fluctuations. Once an order is confirmed, pricing is locked. Orders cannot be freely cancelled once locked.
In the event of:
- Pricing errors;
- Technical issues; or
- Third-party data feed inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to:
- Fulfil orders at correct market price; or
- Cancel orders and process a refund.
4Payment Terms
Payment is accepted by electronic funds transfer (EFT) only. We do not accept cash in any amount, and MX Bullion does not accept payment by cash deposit at a bank branch.
Payment options:
- Direct bank transfer to the MX Bullion account shown on your order confirmation and tax invoice.
- PayID to any of: email sales@mxbullion.com, mobile 0494 730 838 or ABN 98 159 205 759 (account name MX Bullion).
Whichever option you use, please quote your order number (for example MX1234) as the payment reference so your payment can be matched to your order. The same payment options are listed on every tax invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment must be received within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in order cancellation and the surcharge described in Section 5.
We reserve the right to refuse payments that:
- Originate from unverified sources.
- Breach compliance obligations.
- Present fraud or AML risks.
5Market Loss and Cancellation Policy
Due to the volatile nature of precious metals markets, all confirmed orders are subject to pricing risk. Once an order has been confirmed and pricing has been locked, the transaction becomes binding and may not be freely cancelled.
You acknowledge and agree that if payment is not received within the required timeframe, or an order is cancelled after confirmation, a surcharge of $150 or 5% of the total order value, whichever is higher, will apply. This surcharge reflects market exposure, administrative, processing, and recovery costs incurred by MX Bullion.
Any market gain arising from a cancelled or incomplete order remains the property of MX Bullion.
MX Bullion reserves the right to:
- Cancel any order that remains unpaid beyond the required timeframe;
- Recover the surcharge and any outstanding market loss amounts; and
- Take appropriate action, including account restrictions, where obligations are not met.
6Identity Verification (AML/KYC)
MX Bullion complies with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) as well as financing, fraud prevention and privacy laws.
You will be required to:
- Provide identification and complete verification checks;
- Provide accurate and current information; and
- Update your information where reasonably requested.
KYC and identity-verification information may be collected, processed and stored through MX Bullion’s systems and our third-party verification provider, Didit, for:
- Identity verification, fraud prevention and risk assessment;
- AML/CTF compliance, audit and record-keeping; and
- Security, legal and regulatory purposes.
We reserve the right to:
- Delay, refuse, suspend or cancel an account, order or transaction where verification cannot be completed;
- Take action where information provided is inaccurate or incomplete; and
- Decline transactions where legal, fraud, AML/CTF or internal risk concerns arise.
Your information may be disclosed to:
- Didit and other service providers assisting with identity verification, payments, delivery, insurance, security, compliance or business operations; and
- Regulators, government authorities or law-enforcement agencies where required or authorised by law.
Some information may be handled outside Australia. Verification and transaction records will be retained for the periods required by law. Further information about how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information is contained in our Privacy Policy and KYC/Identity Verification Collection Notice.
7Delivery and Risk
Delivery options are provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays outside of our control.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery details.
- Ensuring safe receipt of goods.
Insurance applies to all products sold by MX Bullion only while in transit, but is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant carrier and insurer, and may be void where delivery instructions are not followed or where parcels are left unattended.
8Buybacks
MX Bullion may offer to purchase bullion products at prevailing market rates. Pricing is determined upon verification of weight and authenticity. We may refuse buyback items at our discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping risks unless otherwise agreed.
9Wholesale Customers
MX Bullion supplies approved wholesale customers. Wholesale orders are subject to minimum quantities of 100g of gold and/or 3kg of silver per order, mixed freely across any products. Access to wholesale pricing requires a minimum of one valid wholesale order to be completed per calendar month. Where this minimum is not met, MX Bullion may withdraw wholesale pricing access at its discretion. Wholesale terms, pricing, and eligibility may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
10Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
